By accessing or using any part of this site you agree to be bound by the following conditions of use. If you do not wish to be bound by these conditions, you may not access or use this site.
We may change these conditions at any time without any notice to you. By your continued access and use of this site you agree to be bound by the most current version of the conditions of use. Please check these conditions periodically for any changes that have been made.
We make no representation or warranty or condition, either express or implied, to you:
* that we will be uninterrupted or error-free;
* that the computer server from which this site is made available, is free of viruses or other harmful components;
* to the accuracy, content, timeliness, completeness, legality, reliability, quality or suitability of any information, search results, products or merchandise provided through this site.

Security
Security is achieved using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which provides 128 bit strength encryption, making it extremely difficult for anyone to see your personal information. We also use firewalls which prevent unauthorised users accessing your information on our systems.

Delivery
Delivery is via Royal Mail recorded delivery. Please allow 21 days from proof approval. You can track the progress of your order using the Order Tracking link at the top of the page. Orders must be placed at least 30 days in advance. Proofs are usually sent within 14 days of placing your order. Please allow at least 14 days for delivery after proof approval. We accept no liability if non-confirmation of the proofs delays your order. We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available when the order is sent to the recipient's delivery address.

Cancellations and Returns
All items sold by Heritage Stationery are hand-made to order, therefore we do not accept the return of goods. It is recommended that you request proofs of your order, so that if you are not happy with your design, you can cancel or amend it before the order is printed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email before or when you receive your proofs, or if you selected to not receive proofs, within 2 working days of placing your order and we will send you a cheque for the value of the order. Please note that designs may change slightly from time to time, so although stationery purchased as part of one order will match, we cannot guarantee that there will not be differences against subsequent orders.
